Once your flight has landed at Ontario International Airport, simply call us at +1 (416) 949-0077.
Clear customs and pick up your luggage. Please proceed to the pre-arranged pickup designated area.
When you reach the post, call dispatch at +1 (416) 949-0077 for immediate assistance.
Terminal 1: AREA A. Terminal 3: POST 7.
Please note: If you leave the pre-arranged pickup location without calling us, the trip will result in a no-show and you will be charged the full fare.
Check Your Flight Status
If you miss your flight or your flight is cancelled, Royal Star Limo must be called at +1 (416) 949-0077 and provided with your new flight information to avoid being charged in full for a no-show.
All efforts to contact a customer via cell number and other contact information will be made before a driver is released and the trip is recorded as a no-show.
